5. Client Relationship

5.1 Establishment of Attorney-Client Relationship

Merely using our Site does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship will only be established through a formal engagement agreement executed by both parties.

5.2 Confidentiality

Any information provided to us by clients or prospective clients will be treated as confidential in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics standards governing the legal profession in Singapore.

6. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure for Services will be outlined in separate service agreements or engagement letters. Unless otherwise specified, payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and checks
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUNEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
